You must be 18 yrs old. All occupants 18 yrs of age must apply.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

Your security deposit is refundable at the conclusion of your lease less any damages beyond normal wear.

  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

If you would like to add a pet to your family - we must first get approval from the owner. Please email us at teams@surewaypm.com with your request.

This happens - not a problem. As long as the staying roommate(s) qualify and is willing to remove you from the lease - we would draft an addendum for your removal. You would need to obtain any security deposit you paid from the remaining tenant(s).

You can log into your portal and change your status to "notice given". We will send you a move out package for your review.

Most major repairs will be handled by the landlord - minor repairs such as changing light bulbs or batteries in the thermostat would be tenant responsibility. Most repairs under $100 would be tenant responsibility.
